SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Diorama Decals, we're committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.

Here's what you need to know about our shipping and return policies:

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our products worldwide. All of our Diorama Decals are made on demand at the time of order. Due to the time required for production and quality control, orders take 5 full business days of production time BEFORE the order is prepared for shipment. In some cases, production can take up to 2 full weeks before the item is ready for shipment.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. You will also have the option to exchange for the same design or get issued store credit for future orders.

Please note that due to the nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at craig@5blockradius.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

REFUND POLICY​

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
